The MissionAs a travelling Carpenter, you’ll take senior-level ownership of high-visibility commercial builds—driving outcomes, protecting schedule, and setting the craftsmanship bar on jobs that move.
Key responsibilitiesYou roll into a new site ready to make an immediate mark—checking the plan set, aligning with the Foreman/superintendent on priorities, and setting a crisp pace for the crew. Travel and overnights are part of the rhythm, and each stop brings a fresh puzzle: tight tolerances, shifting site conditions, and coordination moments where your judgment keeps momentum alive. Between lifts, layout checks, and punch-list pushes, you’re the steady hand that keeps quality sharp and clients confident. By day’s end, you’ve advanced the build, cleared tomorrow’s constraints, and left the site cleaner, safer, and closer to turnover—classic Commercial Construction, delivered with Design Build intensity.
